Why videotapes?
During a recent study, we learned that women and men coaches were limited in securing high quality instructional videotapes stressing basics in techniques, fundamentals and drills. Knowing that coaching clinics have traditionally been taught in the classroom with audio visual aids stressing theory, philosophy and X's and O's, we decided to move the clinics onto the fields of play and videographed sessions for educational programs.

Our celebrity speakers were asked to wear their clothing togs and we supplied our instructors with live demonstrators in uniform. Speakers used "Hands-on, How-to" approach in teaching the basics. This approach allowed our technicians to learn through showing, not just telling.

The videotapes were directed and produced using broadcast quality video cameras and sophisticated editing equipment. The most impressive aspect, however, is the substance of our teaching staff who are at the top of their professions.
